a personal intro

Netfactors is a small firm that provides a specialist service and, as owner, it seems appropriate to briefly introduce myself and provide some background as to why I started the business.

Having led a career in IT since 1990 as developer, analyst and then solutions consultant, I have specifically been involved in the provision of web and internet solutions to businesses since 1998 (a long time in "net years"!). During this time, I have experienced at first hand the phenomenal advancement of web technologies and the incredible growth of the internet.

Having had this close perspective, I now firmly believe that the most successful businesses, from the very smallest companies to the largest corporations, have been those that have been ready to embrace and use the web to their advantage.

Why? Because it is these organisations that, in a highly competitive arena, are making full use of the internet, as well as other types of technology, to increase revenue, reduce costs and streamline operations.

Personally, I consider it a true privilege to be able to play a part and starting Netfactors was my way of being directly involved in a positive way. In fact, I take pride in providing my clients with a high level of service that helps their business.
